Cancellation Policy

At GearStage, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel an order. It works together with our Return & Refund Policy and is consistent with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Cancelling Within 24 Hours

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email with your order number.

Cancelling After 24 Hours / After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched from our facility, it can no longer be cancelled. Once you receive the package, you may follow our standard returns process (see our Return & Refund Policy). Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer; we cover return shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

Cancellations by GearStage

In rare cases we may need to cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred). If this happens, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellation refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal). Please allow up to 10 business days for processing; your bank or PayPal may need additional time to post the funds.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. An order placed after 5:00 PM, on a weekend, or on a public holiday is dispatched on the next business day — for example, an order placed on Friday after 5:00 PM is dispatched the following Monday.

Dispatch & Delivery
• Processing and handover to the courier takes 1–2 business days.
• Delivery time depends on the carrier and region – 2 to 7 business days.
• Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum spend. We respond to all queries within 24 hours.
