🔁 Returns & Refunds
At GearStage, we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right with your order, we'll work with you to make it right — quickly and fairly.
📦 Standard Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories and tags are included
- Proof of purchase is provided
Items that don't meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
🔄 Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes things don't work out the way you planned.
- Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds apply to the product value only
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund promptly.
⚠️ Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the issue.
In these cases we will:
- Cover all return shipping costs
- Offer you the choice of a replacement, store credit, or full refund
- Resolve the issue as quickly as possible
The sooner you reach out, the faster we can sort it out.
💳 Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes 3–5 business days
- Your bank may require additional time to complete the transaction
You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued.
📩 Starting a Return
To begin a return, contact our team with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or video if the item is faulty or damaged
We'll take it from there and guide you through every step of the process.
