Tascam CD-6010 Rackmount CD Player for Broadcast

The CD-6010 is a 2U rack-mountable CD player that meets the demands of broadcasting operations, equipped with the same highly-durable CD drive as the high-end CD-player for broadcasting operations applications, the CD-9010CF/CD-9010.
While addressing the durability and sound quality required in broadcasting operations, the minimum specs that are required for broadcasting operations were installed in the 2U rackmount size to enable such application in various environments.

CD-5010B Drive Mechanism
The CD-6010 employs the CD-5010B drive - also used in the state-of-the-art TASCAM CD-9010 & CD-9010CF. The industry-standard drive has been improved with a faster open/close time, and has a manual eject hole in case of power failure.

Gold-plated NEUTRIK Connectors
Neutrik connectors resist oxidation in long-term use and provide solid connectivity.

10 Keys Provide 20 Points of Flash Start
The flash-start function plays back from internal memory with no lag time. The CD-6010 also has a cue point flash-start function - also with eliminated lag.

Built-in Monitor Speaker
The monitor speaker increases efficiency by offering a way to reference tracks directly from the unit. The speaker has an on/off switch and volume control.
